APPLICATION:
Incentives may be deducted by Agent on tickets when any Airlines are  the Marketing Airline and any of the Airlines are the Operating Airline. Itineraries must include one qualifying segment.

Agent may combine incentive rates with any Special Upfront Incentive Table.

ELIGIBILITY:
Commissions apply to published fares only.
Contractor is required to maintain certain eligibility requirements.
Commissions do not apply to tickets containing any of the following:
* Prepaid travel authorizations (“PTAs”)
* Group Sales
* Private Leisure Fares (Air/Sea, Student, Wholesale, Consolidator, Marine, and Humanitarian )
* Negotiated, contracted and discounted corporate Fares
* Net Fares
* Shuttle Private Fares
* All Military and Government Fares
* Infant fares
* Basic Economy Fares ( where applicable )
* Claimed Passenger Name Records (‘PNRs”) booked through Carriers’ reservation call-center or online reservation system
* Visit Spain, AAirpass, Europass, Spanish Domestic or Inter-European fares

STOPOVERS & OPEN JAWS
Commissions may be deducted on tickets with stopovers or open jaws provided it is permitted based on the published fare rules and the fare does not break.

COMBINABILITY:
Commissions may be deducted on tickets with mixed Fare Basis Codes. Contractor may deduct the individual Commission rate for each Fare Class as set forth in the Commission Table.
If Contractor cannot prorate the commission contractor may apply the lower rate for the entire ticket.

PARTIAL COMMISSIONS:
Partial Commission may be deducted on tickets where only one International segment is eligible. Agent may take the individual Intensive rate for the Fare Class of the qualifying segment set forth in the Incentive Table.
If any portion of the itinerary does not qualify based on the Commission Table, the Contractor can prorate or book the qualifying portion as a separate ticket.

Oneworld*: Incentive may be taken on itineraries in full when connecting to Oneworld carriers. Caribbean and South Pacific Incentive is excluded.

Interline; 
Incentive may be taken on itineraries connecting to or from any Interline partners at a 3% reduction of the Global Upfront Incentive rate provided one of the Airline’s is the International airline and there is an Interline thought fare. Caribbean and South Pacific Incentive is excluded.

NEA Incentive ; Incentive may be taken on itineraries connecting to or from JetBlue at the Global Upfront Incentive rate provided American or Japan Airlines is the International Airline and there is an interline through fare. South Pacific Upfront Incentive is excluded. Does not apply to JetBlue international service.
